The service

PayWithInstinct is operated personally by Carlos Gonzalez Juarez in Kazakhstan, trading as PayWithInstinct. “We” and “us” refer to this operator.

These terms govern your use of Pay With Instinct at paywithinstinct.com. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not create an account or initiate payments.

Pay With Instinct provides software that connects your account and compatible agents to supported payment infrastructure. It is an independent project. Instinct, Google, Coinbase and other third-party providers operate their own services.

The service is in early development. Features, supported transactions and availability may change. Announced or illustrative features are available only when enabled in the product.

Your account

You must be at least 18, legally able to enter this agreement, and permitted to use the service where you live. Use your own sign-in identity and provide accurate information when you choose to add a profile.

Protect your Google account, devices, signed-in sessions and private links. You are responsible for actions you authorize and for anyone you intentionally allow to use your account. Contact human@paywithinstinct.com promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.

Agents and authorization

Connecting an agent allows it to follow setup instructions, prepare supported payment requests and read information made available to it. A public profile ID or setup acknowledgement alone does not authorize spending.

Normal payments require an explicit approval from your signed-in account. If you enable delegated spending, including YOLO mode, you authorize payments that meet the limits you save until that authority expires or is revoked. Keep any spending code private and review the settings before enabling it.

Agents can misunderstand instructions or provide incorrect information. Review the actual recipient, amount and other payment details on the website before approving. A name or photo is descriptive information and does not independently verify a recipient’s identity.

Payments and funding

A funded invitation moves the approved amount into a prepared account before its recipient joins. Anyone holding its private link can claim that amount; a name on the invitation does not restrict who can claim. Funded invitations do not expire and have no automatic refund. An existing account may require an additional transfer to receive the money; the product confirms receipt after that transfer is verified.

Only use the assets, network and deposit destination shown by the product. A displayed dollar amount may represent the nominal value of a supported digital asset; it does not establish an insured bank deposit or a guaranteed cash redemption value.

When a feature uses a test network, its test assets have no cash value. Do not send real funds to a test-network destination. Features supporting real funds must be explicitly available in the product.

Payment processing is asynchronous. A prepared request, approval or submission is not a confirmed payment. Delays, provider failures and network interruptions can occur. Cancellation is available only while the product permits it; an executed blockchain transfer generally cannot be reversed by us.

You must have sufficient available balance and confirm the intended recipient independently. Incorrect destinations, unsupported assets or the wrong network may result in loss. A recipient or merchant is responsible for its own goods, services and any refund it agrees to provide.

Any applicable service or funding fees must be disclosed before you authorize the relevant action. Third-party funding providers may apply their own fees, verification requirements, availability limits and terms.

Third-party services

The service relies on Google sign-in, Supabase, Vercel, Coinbase Developer Platform and blockchain infrastructure. Your use of a provider’s separate service may be subject to its own terms, privacy practices and eligibility requirements.

We do not control a third-party agent’s responses, a merchant’s fulfilment, or a public network’s availability. The service does not promise investment returns, financial advice, deposit insurance or recovery of every failed or mistaken transfer.

Acceptable use

Use the service lawfully and only with money, accounts and information you are entitled to use. Do not use it for fraud, impersonation, money laundering, sanctions evasion, unauthorized payments or other illegal activity.

Do not attempt to access another account, steal credentials or private links, bypass spending controls, exploit vulnerabilities, overload the service or misrepresent someone else’s identity. Report suspected vulnerabilities privately to human@paywithinstinct.com.

Availability and responsibility

We take reasonable care in operating the service, but cannot promise uninterrupted availability, error-free agent behavior or a particular payment-processing time. Use is subject to the practical limits of the supported providers and networks.

Each party remains responsible for its own acts and omissions under applicable law. Nothing in these terms excludes liability for fraud, deliberate misconduct or any liability that cannot legally be excluded, or removes mandatory consumer rights.

Suspension and account closure

We may restrict access where reasonably necessary to address security risks, suspected unlawful use, provider restrictions or legal requirements. We may also change or discontinue features. Where practical and lawful, we will explain material restrictions or give notice of discontinuation.

You can stop using the service and request account closure at human@paywithinstinct.com. Contact us about remaining balances and pending activity before closure. Closure does not reverse completed payments or erase public transaction records. Retention is explained in our Privacy Policy.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms as the service changes. We will revise the date above and communicate material changes through the service or another appropriate channel. Updated terms apply prospectively, subject to any notice or agreement required by law.

For questions, complaints or payment issues, contact human@paywithinstinct.com. Include the relevant payment reference where available, but never send a password, spending code or other sign-in secret.

These terms are governed by the laws of Kazakhstan, subject to any mandatory rights and protections that apply to you under the law of your place of residence.
